Every production lot follows an unbroken chain of custody. Inspection reports are recorded at every stage to prevent variance from propagating downstream.

Master textile specialist inspecting woven roll fabric density and shade in Ludhiana atelier
Phase 01
Ludhiana Inward Audit
Standard Operating Procedure

Raw Material Inward & Verification

All inbound yarn spools, raw knitted rolls, and woven bolts undergo immediate inspection for lot consistency, shade deviation (under D65 standard lighting), and baseline dimensional stability.

Focus Area:Shade matching • GSM checking • Weft/warp skew analysis
Garment pattern maker grading marker sheets with French curves and craft templates
Phase 02
Atelier Pattern Grading
Standard Operating Procedure

Pattern Grading & CAD Laying

Digital patterns are calibrated for grain alignment and fabric shrinkage coefficients before marker generation. Lay plans are optimized for fabric yield without compromising structural drape.

Focus Area:Multi-size grading • Grainline alignment • Shrinkage allowance calibration
Artisan cutting through relaxed natural fabric plies with heavy tailor shears on wooden table
Phase 03
Precision Shearing
Standard Operating Procedure

Calibrated Cutting & Preparation

Fabric plies are allowed to relax prior to precision cutting. Edge notching, bundle ticketing, and component fusing are executed with strict tolerance benchmarks.

Focus Area:Ply relaxation time • Notch precision • Interlining temperature control
Experienced Ludhiana machinist assembling knitwear garment at industrial station
Phase 04
Machinist Assembly
Standard Operating Procedure

Specialized Sewing & Linking

Garments proceed through dedicated assembly lines staffed by experienced operators. From fine gauge sweater linking to sharp French seams on woven shirts, tension is consistently monitored.

Focus Area:Stitch density regulation (SPI) • Calibrated needle gauges • Reinforcement stitching
Artisan examining garment seam tension, stitch integrity, and finish under task light
Phase 05
Point-of-Measure Audit
Standard Operating Procedure

100% In-Line & End-of-Line Quality Audit

Every piece is reviewed against approved spec sheets for critical measurement tolerances. Critical seam joints, collar points, and button pull strengths are individually assessed.

Focus Area:Point-of-measure checks • Button security checks • Loose thread trimming
Steam-finished knitwear garments neatly folded and stacked ready for dispatch packaging
Phase 06
Loft Preservation
Standard Operating Procedure

Steam Finishing & Dispatch Packaging

Vacuum steam tables press the garment into its final intended silhouette without crushing fiber loft. Folded or hung to client packaging guidelines and moisture-sealed for transit.

Focus Area:Silhouette preservation • Custom labeling • Export-grade outer cartons

Precision needle stitching heavy canvas seam
Technical Discipline

Calibrated tension and
stitch density control.

Different textiles require specific machine timing. Fine gauge merino knitwear demands ultra-gentle looping tension to avoid fiber cutting, whereas heavy cotton canvas and outerwear shells require reinforced needle cooling and heavy-duty feeding mechanisms.

Fine Gauge Linking

True circular linking for collars and armholes, yielding flat, clean internal seams with no abrasive ridge.

Tailored Seaming

Twin-needle felled seams, bound seam allowances, and bar-tacked reinforcement on pockets and vents.
